What dosage should you take?

You could never really know all the benefits vitamin E can provide unless you use UNIQUE E Vitamin E (the right form) and in the right dosage! For a maintenance dosage, most physicians use the consensus dosage of-a minimum or one 400 I.U. capsule for each 40 pounds of body weight-taken all at one time.
